Telecommunication operator bharti airtelh announced that it will offer rupees 10 credit and validity till April 17 to its customers and the company will not recover the payable credits as the airtel subscribers will avail this opportunity as followed by the state owned telecom services acted upon by the government dicision on BSNL and MTNL.
As in the difficult time of the COVID-19 pendemic airtel pledges to connect the subscribers uninterrupted and to stay connected to the loved ones over the virus pendemic.
During lockdown people are unable to access the communication services as upon the validity period expires as people finds difficulty for prepaid and postpaid recharge connection.
As the State-owned telecom operators BSNL and MTNL have also extended validity period of their prepaid mobile services till April 20 and offer Rs 10 additional talktime even after zero balance, to enable users, especially poor and underprivileged, to stay connected during the 21-day nationwide lockdown.
Airtel extends prepaid validity till April 17, credits rupees 10 talktime.
