As now a days social distancing makes a pivoted role for the people living to avoid the disease spreading and its control upto an extent to tackle the situation a bit now a days the Google application developers has worked on an awareness of maintaining social distancing by operating the camera of users smartphone.

The application named 'sodar' has a visual boundary effects which allows the user to be alert on its way by using its camera and it Constantly updates the breaching of distances along the user's path.

The company claims Sodar uses “WebXR to help visualise social distancing guidelines in your environment. Using Sodar on supported mobile devices, create an augmented reality two meter radius ring around you."
Sodar isn't a stand alone app.and doesn't require installation for its working simply needs to visit its site sodar by clicking sodar That said, it will only work using Chrome on Android devices, and some Android devices may not be compatible. If you’ve ever successfully viewed any of Google’s AR projects on your device, though, your phone is most likely capable of displaying Sodar’s virtual social distancing indicator.
